Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o. is a company registered in the Republic of Croatia, and its services include mental preparation of athletes, psychological counseling in a sports context, education and workshops.
Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o. provides the following services:
All services are provided by certified psychologists with appropriate professional qualifications. The terms, content and prices of individual services are determined by agreement between the provider and the user of the service.

Prices for services are available on the website or are determined by individual agreement. The provider reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
Payment is made as agreed – in a lump sum or in installments, depending on the type and duration of the service.
In the event of a delay in payment, the provider has the right to suspend the provision of the service until the obligations are settled.
7.1 Consumers (natural persons)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or outside business premises without giving any reason, within 14 days of concluding the agreement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been performed in their entirety with the consumer’s express consent and confirmation that he is aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Users are permitted to view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, public display or modification of the content without the written consent of the company is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Educational materials provided to program participants (presentations, workbooks, exercises) are intended solely for the personal use of participants and may not be shared, published, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
The services of Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o. are of a psychological advisory nature and do not constitute medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric help.
If the user suffers from clinical mental disorders that require medical treatment, we recommend consulting with a licensed physician or psychiatrist.

All information shared by the user as part of the provision of services – including personal data, information about mental health, sports goals and challenges – is considered strictly confidential.
Psychologists employed or engaged in Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o. they are bound by the Code of Ethics of the Croatian Psychological Society and legal provisions on professional secrecy.
Exceptions to the obligation to maintain confidentiality exist only in cases prescribed by law (immediate danger to the life of the user or a third party, legal obligation to report criminal offenses).
In the event of a dispute between the user and Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o., the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the law of the Republic of Croatia shall apply, and the competent court shall be the court in Zagreb.

Mentalni Trening j.d.o.o. reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on the website with the stated effective date. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes is considered acceptance of the new Terms.
For contractual relationships that arose before the amendment of the Terms, the terms that were in force at the time of conclusion of the contract apply.
