"This training is completely different because it's a mix of a little theory and a lot of practical knowledge – I immediately use what I learned in the next training session."
"I came with no expectations and was impressed. Lots of exercises and materials that I can immediately apply to my work."
"I was considering to visit a sports psychologist while I was still playing handball professionally, but I went to my first meeting after my playing career. Starting a more serious senior team coaching position required a high level of mental strength. Through our meetings, Sanja showed me various techniques and tools that help me do my job much better. I found a way to implement them in the team, but primarily how I, with help, can be better and give my best during all situations in sports. I would definitely recommend going to Sanja to everyone; who has the opportunity and time, who wants to work on themselves and who has realized that sport is not just about muscles and strength."
