Each elite athlete receives a mental training plan designed around their own goals, season, and personality, and we continuously monitor and update it.
We talk about the athlete, the sport, the season and specific goals. This is the basis for everything that follows.
The plan is made individually for each athlete. It changes as the season and situation change.
Regular meetings, on-the-ground support when needed, active evaluation of the progress.
We are available between meetings, online and in person, at the club and at competitions.
"I believe that every professional athlete should apply mental training - the sooner, the better. Sports have become a business where only the best survive, so athletes often need help putting all the pieces together in their heads, helping them bring out the best in themselves during both the tough times and the normal moments of their careers. I am very satisfied with my work and experience here because it gives me the opportunity to gather my thoughts, separate the important from the irrelevant, and ultimately perform at my absolute maximum."
"In life, as well as in sports, working on yourself plays an important role. That is why I find mental preparation valuable in certain key situations. I would recommend Mentalni Trening - not to everyone, but to those who truly want to work on themselves and become better."
"I believe that every player who wants to build a great career should invest and work on their mental preparation, especially young players like myself. Of course, experience comes with age, but in today’s football, where everything moves so fast, any extra edge means a few percent boost to your overall performance—which is often the deciding factor."
"In professional sports, details make the difference, and working on mental preparation is, in my opinion, one of the key details for success...clear goals and a vision of the game with the help of various techniques allow me to perform much better on the field, which ultimately results in success."
"In order to go out on the field and fight, we first need to have our heads ready for the fight. Physical training is important, but perhaps even more so is the less visible one - mental. I have become convinced that those who are mentally prepared, who continue on their path regardless of the circumstances, win. That is why I think that continuous work on ourselves is necessary, we can push our limits every day, and mental training guides us in the right way, reminds us to believe and continue even when things don't go the way we want."
"Boxing is life. Sometimes you throw a punch, and sometimes you take one. What's important is that you get up and move on stronger every time you get hit. Boxing is a sport of high intensity and effort. Also, every punch, fall, injury causes pain. Because of all these segments, in addition to physical preparation, mental strength is extremely important. Mental Training greatly helps me with self-confidence, concentration, and focus on all key points during a fight, during training, but also in life, and is an integral part of my preparations for success."

It’s part of the program, not an add-on. We work through defeats, injuries, return after injury and transitions such as a change of club or coach. These are the moments when mental training means the most.
Yes. Working with an athlete is confidential, which is a prerequisite for the collaboration to work at all.
Every collaboration starts with an initial assessment, a short interview, and structured testing that shows where you are now and what we are specifically working on. Before that, a free informational conversation is also possible.
