At this level, the performance gap is increasingly mental, not physical.

The Elite program is an individual, long-term collaboration between an athlete and a sport psychologist, adapted to the part of the season, the sport, and the specific moment in the athlete's career.

How do we work?

Each elite athlete receives a mental training plan designed around their own goals, season, and personality, and we continuously monitor and update it.

1. Initial analysis

We talk about the athlete, the sport, the season and specific goals. This is the basis for everything that follows.

2. Customized plan

The plan is made individually for each athlete. It changes as the season and situation change.

3. Meetings and follow-up

Regular meetings, on-the-ground support when needed, active evaluation of the progress.

4. Availability

We are available between meetings, online and in person, at the club and at competitions.

Yes. The program is flexible for this very reason, for athletes who travel, change clubs or train abroad. Work continuity does not depend on where you are physically located.
