"In life, as well as in sports, working on yourself plays an important role. That is why I find mental preparation valuable in certain key situations. I would recommend Mentalni Trening - not to everyone, but to those who truly want to work on themselves and become better."
"I believe that mental training should be applied by every professional athlete; the sooner the better. In sports, only the best survive, so athletes often need help to put all the pieces together in their heads and to get the best out of themselves, at all times of their careers. I am satisfied with my work and experience because it gives me the opportunity to gather my thoughts, separate the important from the unimportant, and ultimately get the most out of myself."
"I believe that every player who wants to have a great career should invest and work on their mental preparation, especially young players like me. Of course, experience comes with age, but in today's football where everything is accelerated, every additional help means a few percent increase in overall performance, which is often the decisive difference."
"To step onto the field and face an opponent, we first need to have our head ready for the battle. Physical training is essential, but perhaps even more important is the less visible kind – mental training. I am convinced that those who win are the ones who are mentally tougher, who keep pushing forward regardless of the circumstances. Mentalni Trening points us in the right direction, reminding us to believe and to keep going even when things don't go the way we want"
"In professional sports, details make the difference, and working on mental preparation is, in my opinion, one of the key details for success...clear goals and a vision of the game with the help of various techniques allow me to perform much better on the field, which ultimately results in success."

It depends on the program you choose. The MT Power program lasts a minimum of 10 weeks with weekly meetings, while work with elite athletes can be continuous throughout the season. The informational interview is always free and without obligation – we assess together what suits you. Before each program (except Education – Practicum) we do an initial assessment. You can find out more information in the price list.
Our programs are open to everyone – from youth athletes (ages 10 and up) to professional athletes, esports players, coaches, and psychologists. We tailor every program to your specific needs and goals.
An informal, informal, informative initial phone call lasts 15 minutes and is free of charge. This is followed by an assessment – we get to know each other, conduct psychological testing and an interview, listen to what brings you to us, and analyze your current mental strengths and challenges. Based on this, we propose an individual plan.
Absolutely. Mental strength isn’t just reserved for professionals. Many recreational athletes are finding that the same techniques that help top athletes – pressure management, focus, motivation – work just as well in amateur sports, at work, and in everyday life.
We do both. We hold live sessions in Zagreb, and online work is available for clients throughout the region and beyond – we have experience on 5 continents. We arrange the format of work according to your capabilities and preferences.
It depends on the person and what they are working on. Some people feel a shift after the first few sessions, others need more time. What speeds up the process are exercises between sessions, applications in training and competitions. We provide tools, direction and encourage regularity, and the pace of progress is always individual.
